A travel agency-like site dealing specifically with
cruises. Here is another example of a site that with content maintained
by the owner. The banner just under the title block contains scrolling
clickable links whose destination is the center of the page. The
owner enters information such as specials here, adding the banner
title, and the heading and content in the center section that the
link leads to. The top features a custom made Flash movie while
the upper left picture box displays a slideshow that smoothly transitions
from one photo to the next. Soon to be added is a real-time search
and booking engine. |

PHP/MySQL database driven, includes admin utility
to add listings and upload photos. This site was developed for a
local realtor. It was started by another group and never completed.
CAD Concepts picked it up and redeveloped it and introduced the
database aspects into it. Administration is performed through a
custom utility which allows creation and edit of real estate listings.
A photo upload feature was included which resizes any uploaded photo
for optimal web performance and automaticlly produces thumbnails
as well. |

A more conservative, business site, this was developed
as a broker's personal page. The site provides a critical means
to obtain information from potential clients. This site also included
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) support for a complete, and secure online
loan application. Potential clients can feel secure while providing
sensitive personal data when they see that it is secure. Since a
quick response is important in a field such as this, we incorporated
a mailer that will text message the owner's cell phone when ever
a form is submitted from his site. |

This is an organic produce distributor who sells their
products online to local folks. The main points of their site include
a front page with a welcome message and a dynamic order page. The
content of both of these pages are maintained by Whaleyville Farms
through online utilities so they can change what they want, when
they want. The order page showing their product are accessible to
anyone, however, membership is required to order. Membership and
produce info are maintained in a database and both are maintained
by Whaleyville Farms. Mass mailing allows them to easily send newsletters
and notices to all of their customers. |

Originally begun as a means of eliminating paper, this project has identified many ways of streamlining interoffice communications while at the same time providing accessibility and accountibility. Communications are recorded and logged into the system in real time. As customer service is required, data is accessible and support staff have the latest status and communication available immediatly. No more looking for notes, not getting the memo from the other department, etc.

Clients used include early PC's, Neoware EONs, Netier and Wyse clients as well as the HP t5000 series clients. We also use Windows Terminal Services with RDP. Our own office uses HP T5710's with the latest RDP version 6. |

CAD as a tool in Facilities Management is our forte. We have over 20 years of experience in the CAD industry ranging from basic drafting to the production of FIELD VERIFIED digital As-Builts, CAD management and the development and implementation of entire CAD programs and Standards. This includes the recommendation, procurement and maintenance of specialized CAD equipment and the installation and management of software and licensing.
We specialize in the programming and control of AutoCAD® through the use of Visual LISP.We have developed LISP for uses as simple task automation to highly specialized database interface where bi-directional data exchange and entity control is possible.
We also use live data CAD tools such as M-Color to produce high-impact executive level meeting and presentation materials. Not just graphics and not just data, but a powerful combination of the two.
Our background includes the development of entire CAD departments from scratch and the management of sub-contracted CAD agencies.

| CAFM - Computer Aided Facilities Management |
CAFM begins with a solid foundation. This means quality As-Builts. We have produced As-Builts accurate to 1". Once we have this information in place, surveys are performed to accumulate specific data such as usage and occupancy. HEGIS, FICM and other standards are adhered to and the end result is and accurate space inventory which can be used for space planning, usage studies, funding models, etc.
We also have experience with GIS and associated products by Bentley, ESRI and of course AutoCAD Map.

- We try to make your front page a single screen with maximum content layed out in logical layout. If additional pages are necessary, we'll create two or three additional at no extra cost. This gives the search engines plenty of content for their algorithms to base rank on. We also avoid the use of hidden layers or divs since this can get you disqualified by some search engines.
- Search Engine Optimization is accomplished by strategically crafting your page so that maximum saturation of keywords, used legitimately throughout the page, is obtained. Title, description and keywords are created to get the maximum usage of your most important words or phrases. Submittal to the major search engines is also performed as part of our monthly hosting service. These are done both automatically and by hand to get the best possible results.*
- Most of our pages are created with PHP and a MySQL backend so we can support dynamic content. Some of the dynamic content comes from automated functions and some comes from data which is retained in client accessable databases. What this means to you is that you have direct access to certain parts of your page and are able to make changes yourself, as often as you like, including picture uploads with automatic thumbnail generation.
- Our graphics and Flash content are generated in-house so you don't need to worry about copyright issues. Once they are complete they become a part of your site.
